Please join us in welcoming Tara Jo Sealander, FlexGen’s Director of Business Operations! She is excited to play a role in energy crisis solutions and is well-prepared after receiving her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from George Washington University and her MBA from Rutgers University. She also brings 10-plus years of varied experience in the residential solar industry.
She is looking forward to using her education and experience to support the company’s growth and development through the effective implementation of tools and reporting systems/processes to help managers run their teams with timely and useful data/information.
When asked about her success, Tara Jo stated, “Change is often received with negativity – however, my end goal is ALWAYS to see the team and, in this case, FlexGen and all of our employees thrive and succeed. Keeping that as my true north has never steered me wrong.”
